We got a warm welcome and prompt service. I was treated with concern and care and referred to an ENT. There was no push to sell me hearing aids, which was what I expected. The technician was kind and gentle.

Happy that I was able to get an appointment in the city of Broken Bow. Very nice audiologist. Equipment on my visit was a little dated but does not matter for getting an accurate baseline. Good advice provided and working well with my insurance provider.
